The Student Cabinet is the student leadership body of Govt. Subhash Excellence Higher Secondary School. It gives students a voice in school life, develops leadership skills, and helps organise events, discipline and activities across the campus.
Cabinet Structure

| Class Monitors | Coordinate attendance, classroom discipline and communication within each class |
Selection Process
Cabinet members are selected at the start of each academic year based on academic performance, conduct, leadership qualities and participation in school activities, as recommended by class teachers and approved by the Principal. In some years, elections may be held among senior students to encourage democratic participation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the morning assembly and school functions
- Supporting teachers during examinations, sports days and cultural events
- Representing students’ concerns and suggestions to the school administration
- Promoting discipline, cleanliness and a positive school environment
- Mentoring and guiding junior students
